O-ring cells are built per part family: from the semi-automatic WM-9314 at about 1,000 pcs/h and the two-station WM-9305, to the rotary-indexing automatic WM-9311, the manually loaded WM-9318 with a machine cycle under 1.5 s per piece, an oiling station on the WM-9312, and a combined O-ring-plus-nut cell on the WM-9336. Fasteners: steel-pin insertion for breaker housings on the WM-9307, servo nut tightening on the WM-9316. Winding and straightening: toroidal cores on the WM-9319, bobbin coils with a 420 mm traverse on the WM-9324, MI and armoured cable straightened on the WM-9320. Bowl feeders, tracks and nests are tooled to one part family at a time, so a paper spec cannot prove feasibility — your parts are run on the machine, on video, and the quotation follows the trial.
