Which applicator standard do you need?

Check the press and applicator interface together with the terminal tooling. Common arrangements include:

Applicator compatibility must be checked for each press, including the WM-3102T 2.0 T bench press and double-end lines. Compare stroke, shut height, mounting and feed direction before sharing an applicator between machines; matching a nominal standard alone does not establish interchangeability.

Applicator spare parts

The wearing pieces of any side- or end-feed applicator are the crimper (upper die halves for wire and insulation), the anvil below them, the feed pawl that indexes the terminal strip, and the shear blade that separates the crimped terminal from the carrier. All are replaceable without changing the applicator body. Name the piece if you know it — or photograph the applicator with the worn part visible and we identify it for you.

Cutting & stripping blades

Carbide and steel blade sets for the common benchtop and automatic cut & strip platforms: V-blades, flat blades and die-matched sets. Blade patterns are shared across many Chinese machine brands, so we can usually match a machine we did not supply — send the machine model and a photo of the old blade beside a ruler.

How ordering works

1. You send — for applicators: press standard or brand, the terminal drawing or 20–30 cm of reel strip, and the wire. For blades and spares: machine model plus a photo of the part.
2. We match — applicator or blade is confirmed against your samples, not against a guess.
3. We prove — before dispatch, your terminal and wire are crimped on the actual applicator and the video comes to you with crimp-height measurements.

Frequently asked questions

What are the parts of a crimping applicator called?

The main wear parts are the crimper (upper die), anvil (lower die), feed pawl, drag, shear blade and ram. We supply each as a separate spare — send your applicator model or a photo to identify the exact part.

How do I know whether I need a 30 mm or a 40 mm stroke applicator?

Check the press, not the terminal. Chinese- and Japanese-standard bench presses — including the 2 T terminal machines we sell — take 30 mm stroke applicators; European-standard presses in the Komax/Schleuniger class take 40 mm. If you are not sure, send the press brand and model, or simply a photo of the press with the ram visible, and we confirm the standard before quoting.

Can you supply an applicator if I only have the terminal?

Yes. Send the terminal drawing, or 20–30 cm of the actual terminal strip plus the wire it crimps. The applicator is matched to that terminal's pitch and feed direction, and before it ships we crimp your own samples on it and send the video together with crimp-height measurements.

Do your blades fit machines we did not buy from you?

Usually yes for the common Chinese cut-and-strip platforms, which share blade patterns across brands. Send your machine's brand and model plus a photo of the old blade next to a ruler, and we match it — or tell you honestly that we cannot.

What should a parts inquiry include?

For applicators: press standard or brand, terminal drawing or a length of the reel strip, and the wire specification. For blades and spares: machine brand and model, plus a photo of the worn part. With those in hand you get one precise quotation instead of a chain of questions.
