The WM-9307 is an automatic steel-pin insertion cell for molded circuit-breaker housings. A vibratory bowl feeds the pins; a plate-chain conveyor at a standard height of 750 mm (±50 mm adjustable) carries each housing through positioning, precision pin insertion, real-time inspection, qualified-product discharge and defective-product rejection. Is this an O-ring machine?
No. The WM-9307 inserts steel pins into molded circuit-breaker housings. It is in the custom-machines category because the tooling is built around your housing, not because it seats rubber rings. For O-ring work look at the WM-9306 / WM-9311 / WM-9312 automatic cells or the semi-automatic WM-9305 / WM-9314 benches.
How fast is it?
The English touchscreen in our photos shows a running cycle of 2.41 seconds on that production run, with Total, Qualified and Unqualified output counted separately. Real throughput on your housing depends on pin count, pin size and inspection settings, so we quote a rate only after your samples have been run.
What does Manual / Automatic mean here?
Both modes are selected on the HMI touch panel. Automatic runs the published working process — feed, sort, position, insert, inspect, discharge OK and reject NG — without a press stroke from the operator. Manual is for setup, single-step proving and clearing a jam. Power-off data memory and power-off protection are part of the stated control system so a restart does not wipe the counters.
Will it match my line height?
The specified standard conveyor height is 750 mm with an adjustable range of ±50 mm. Tell us your upstream and downstream heights when you enquire so the feet and the conveyor stands are set before the machine ships.
Can it insert pins into my housing?
