Fully Automatic O-Ring Assembly Machine with Rotary Indexing Table WM-9311
The WM-9311 assembles O-rings onto molded plastic parts without an operator — pour bodies and O-rings into its vibratory bowls and the rotary indexing table carries each part through loading, O-ring fitting, seating inspection, a second assembly step and unloading. The pictured production run shows a 2.9-second working beat per part on the English-language touchscreen, and the factory states a product yield rate above 98%. Tooling is built around your part — the machine is customized according to customer samples.

Key features
- Rotary indexing table with numbered nests moves every part through the same five stations, so each O-ring is stretched, seated and checked the same way
- Dedicated inspection station verifies the O-ring after fitting — the counter separates total output from OK production on screen
- Vibratory bowl feeders orient loose O-rings and bodies automatically; the operator only refills bowls and removes finished parts
- Fully guarded enclosure with interlocked doors and a signal tower, sized to stand directly in a production line
- Station tooling is engineered around your sample parts — send samples and we confirm feasibility before you order
What it processes
- O-ring sealed plastic plugs and caps, as pictured — orange O-rings fitted into the groove of molded sealing plugs
- Automotive, plumbing and pneumatic components that need a rubber ring seated in a groove at volume
- Sealing assemblies where manual O-ring fitting causes rolled, twisted or missed rings
Suited for: fitting O-rings onto molded plastic bodies — plugs, caps and similar sealed components — in continuous production, with tooling customized to your samples. Not suited for: rubber seals that go onto wire ends before crimping — that is a wire processing job for the WM-377 double-end wire seal insertion and crimping machine; sealing threaded fittings with PTFE tape instead of an O-ring belongs to the WM-461 automatic PTFE thread seal tape winding machine. If your part needs the ring lubricated as it goes on, and defective parts unloaded automatically rather than counted, the single-bay WM-9312 automatic O-ring assembly machine with O-ring oiling station carries a dedicated oiling step and is rated at around 3,600 pcs/hour.
Because every WM-9311 is tooled around the customer’s parts, the ordering flow starts with your samples: send the bodies and O-rings, the line is configured and trial-run on them, and you receive the run results before the machine ships.

WM-9311 — common questions
Can this machine assemble O-rings onto my part?
The machine is built to order around customer samples — bowl tooling, nests and the assembly heads are all matched to your part geometry and O-ring size. Send us sample parts and O-rings; we evaluate them with the factory and confirm feasibility, cycle time and price before you commit.
What does the ">98% yield rate" mean in practice?
After the O-ring is fitted, an inspection station checks each part and the touchscreen counts total output and OK production separately. On the production run in our photos the screen shows 595 OK parts out of 604 produced. Yield on your part depends on component quality and is confirmed during sample trials.
How fast is it?
The touchscreen in our photos shows a working beat of 2.9 seconds per part on that run. Actual cycle time depends on your part and the number of assembly steps, so we quote throughput after running your samples.
