The WM-377 builds waterproof leads in one automated cycle — it cuts wire to length, strips both ends, slides a rubber wire seal onto each end and crimps terminals over both, at up to 3,000 pieces per hour for lengths within 100 mm. It covers AWG 28–16 wire and cutting lengths from 50 to 9,999 mm, holding tolerance within 1 mm plus 0.2% of length. Detection for missing wire, missing terminal, missing seal and low air pressure runs on every cycle, so bad parts stop at the station instead of reaching your customer.

What throughput should I plan for?
The rated 3,000 pieces per hour applies to cutting lengths within 100 mm — longer leads take longer to feed, so calculate capacity from your real lead lengths. Length tolerance holds within 1 mm plus 0.2% of cutting length across the whole 50–9,999 mm range.
What is the WM-377 not the right machine for?
