Fully Automatic Dual-End Wire Crimping Machine with Servo Drive, 14–28 AWG WM-382
The WM-382 cuts, strips, twists and crimps both ends of the wire in one servo-driven cycle, delivering up to 1,400 finished leads per hour at lengths under 300 mm. It covers 14–28 AWG wire, cuts anywhere from 65 to 9,999 mm holding 1 mm + 0.2% of length, strips and twists 7–12 mm, and crimps at 2.0 tons with a 3.0 T press optional. Optical-fiber sensing watches wire presence, terminal crimping, blockage and air pressure on every cycle. The whole machine stands on a 700 × 800 mm footprint and weighs about 358 kg, so it fits an existing harness line without re-layout.

What determines the real output rate?
Wire length is the main driver — the rated 1,400 pieces per hour applies to leads under 300 mm, and longer leads add feed time. Twisting is part of the cycle rather than a separate pass, so quoted cycle times already include it. Calculate with your true cut lengths when comparing machines.
Which terminals can it crimp?
Reel-fed open-barrel terminals within the 2.0 ton press class, with a 3.0 T press optional for heavier footprints inside the AWG 14 limit. Applicators are matched to your terminal — send terminal samples or drawings and we confirm the applicator fit before you order.
What is the WM-382 not built for?
It crimps but does not insert housings — leads that must arrive inside connectors need the housing-insertion models in the terminal crimping machines category. Sheathed multicore cable and lug-class terminals above the press class are also out of range.
