The WM-9306 assembles O-rings onto molded plastic bodies without an operator at the load point — vibratory bowls feed the rings and the plastic parts, and a rotary indexing table carries each nest through Station One, Station Two, Station Three, a Test Result check and the Rotary Table step shown on the English MCGS touchscreen. The pictured production run shows a working beat of 1.8 seconds per part, with separate production-volume and defective- product counters. Tooling is customized according to customer samples.
