The WM-9305 is a dual-station semi-automatic O-ring fitter with a specified capacity of about 1,200 laps per hour in a cabinet measuring 800 × 550 × 320 mm. A vibrating plate orients loose O-rings and feeds them to a matched pair of assembly heads; the operator presents each part to one of the two front fixtures while the other station can be loading or finishing. It runs on single-phase AC 220 V ±15% at 50 Hz ±2% and 0.5–0.7 MPa shop air, and every function is driven from a touchscreen integrated machine.

Key features

  • Two front stations share one vibrating-plate ring feed, so one operator can present a part on the left while the right head finishes — the specified capacity is about 1,200 laps per hour
  • Larger than a single-jaw benchtop unit — 800 × 550 × 320 mm against the WM-9314's 500 × 460 × 300 mm — because the dual heads sit side by side rather than as one clamp
  • Vibrating plate orients loose O-rings so the operator never picks or orients a ring by hand
  • Integrated touchscreen for setup, manual steps and alarms; we set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual
  • Runs on ordinary single-phase AC 220 V ±15% at 50 Hz ±2% and clean shop air at 0.5–0.7 MPa — no three-phase supply and no foundation
  • Fixtures and heads are cut for one part family at a time and built from your samples

What it processes

  • Parts that take an O-ring in a groove and are still loaded by hand — as pictured, sample sets and colour-variant rings shown with the dual heads
  • Pneumatic, hydraulic and fluid-line adapters produced in job-shop quantities that fill more than one single-station bench but not a fully automatic cell
  • Benches where an assembler currently fits rings by hand and the scrap comes from twisted, rolled or missing rings
  • Short runs across several part numbers, where a fully automatic bowl-fed cell cannot be justified

Suited for: seating an O-ring with an operator at a dual-station bench — about 1,200 laps an hour, vibrating-plate ring feed, on a 220 V socket and 0.5–0.7 MPa shop air in an 800 × 550 × 320 mm cabinet.

Not suited for: volume that has to run without an operator at the loading point. Once the bodies themselves need bowl feeding, you are buying a different class of machine: the WM-9306 fully automatic rotary O-ring assembly machine or the WM-9312 automatic O-ring assembly machine with O-ring oiling station are the step up. If you need a smaller single-station benchtop with ring lubrication built in, that is the WM-9314 semi-automatic O-ring assembly machine. If the parts are brass connectors that need two fixtures cut for that family, look at the WM-9308 brass-connector dual-station O-ring assembly machine. Also not suited for: sealing a threaded fitting with PTFE tape rather than a rubber ring — that is the WM-461 automatic PTFE thread seal tape winding machine, and rubber seals that slide onto a wire before crimping belong to the WM-377 double-end wire seal insertion and crimping machine.

Because the tooling is built to the customer’s samples, ordering starts with parts rather than a catalogue number: send us the parts and the O-rings, and you receive the trial-run result, the achievable rate and the price before anything is built.

WM-9305 — common questions

How many parts per hour does the WM-9305 do?

The specified equipment capacity is about 1,200 laps per hour. Because the machine is semi-automatic, the real figure follows the operator's loading rhythm across the two stations — the ring feed and seating are machine-paced, the loading and unloading are not. We confirm a realistic figure after your parts have been run.

How is this different from the WM-9314?

Both are semi-automatic and both bowl-feed the ring while the operator presents the body. The WM-9314 is a single-station benchtop cabinet 500 × 460 × 300 mm rated at about 1,000 pieces per hour, with a dosing pump that lubricates the ring at the assembly point and jaws sized for threaded metal fittings. The WM-9305 is a dual-station cabinet 800 × 550 × 320 mm rated at about 1,200 laps per hour — two presentation fixtures side by side; O-ring lubrication is confirmed on the quote. Pick the dual-station layout when you want two heads on one air and power drop; pick the WM-9314 when you need built-in ring lubrication in a smaller single-jaw box.

What services does it need?

Single-phase AC 220 V ±15% at 50 Hz ±2%, and clean compressed air at 0.5 to 0.7 MPa. The specified ambient range is 3 to 40 ℃ and workshop humidity of 95% or less. No three-phase supply and no foundation work.

Does it lubricate the O-ring?

O-ring lubrication is confirmed on the quote. If your ring has to go on wet, say so in the inquiry — the WM-9314 and the WM-9318 both carry a lubrication step, and we will recommend the matching configuration.

Can it handle my part and my ring size?

The fixtures and assembly heads are made for one part family at a time, so feasibility is settled on samples rather than on paper. Send us the parts and the O-rings; they are run on the machine and you get the result, the achievable rate and the price before you commit.
