The factory rates it at around 3,600 pieces per hour. The screen in our photos shows a 2.5-second working beat on the run that was photographed, with 714 OK parts against 19 NG at that point in the shift. Real output depends on your part geometry, O-ring size and how many steps the assembly needs, so we quote a beat only after your samples have been run.

What does the O-ring oiling station do?

It applies lubricant to the ring during the cycle — the touchscreen lists "Oil O-ring" as a station of its own, and a stainless pressure dispensing pot is plumbed inside the cabinet as pictured. A lubricated ring stretches over the body and drops into the groove without rolling or nicking, which is the usual cause of scrap on dry automatic assembly.

What happens to a part when the O-ring is missing or wrong?

A detection station checks the part after the ring is fitted, and the machine transfers and unloads defective products automatically instead of halting. The touchscreen keeps OK product and NG product on separate counters. The factory states a product yield rate above 98%.

How is this different from the WM-9311?

Both are automatic O-ring assembly machines built on a rotary indexing turntable, but they are not the same machine.
