The WM-600 is a 30 kg benchtop cut-to-length machine that runs hollow tube up to 14 mm and wire up to 4 mm through the same two-wheel drive and the same tungsten steel blade. It cuts 1 to 9,999 mm at 10,000 pieces an hour on 200 W, needs no compressed air, and drops the cut pieces into a full-length output chute. It is the only machine in this category that carries a published rating for hollow tube and for wire on the same head.

• One machine for two materials — hollow tube up to 14 mm and wire or cable up to 4 mm run through the same drive rollers and the same blade, so a shop cutting both does not need two machines on the bench
• 10,000 pieces an hour at 100 mm cut length from a 200 W motor — validate the sustained rate on your actual material and cut length
• No compressed air — the spec sheet lists no air supply and the machine carries no cylinders, fittings or regulator, so it runs anywhere there is a socket
• Hard tungsten steel blade closes on the tube from above into a fixed lower anvil, and cut quality and deformation are checked on your actual material during the sample trial
• Two-wheel polyurethane drive with a graduated roller gap adjustment dial on the front panel — set the gap once for the tube wall you are running and the reading is repeatable next time
• Inline nylon roller straightener on the infeed takes the coil set out of tube and wire before it reaches the blade, which is what keeps a 100 mm piece at 100 mm
• Full-length output chute catches the cut pieces and delivers them to the front of the bench instead of onto the floor
• LCD control with English and Chinese pages set length, batch size and total quantity, and count finished pieces against the batch
• 30 kg and 530 × 510 × 370 mm — light enough for two people to move between benches, small enough to sit beside an assembly station

Suited for: hollow tube up to 14 mm and wire or cable up to 4 mm, cut to any length from 1 to 9,999 mm, in volumes where 10,000 pieces an hour matters more than a tenth of a millimetre. Insulating sleeve, yellow wax tube, heat shrink tubing, fibreglass casing and small-gauge wire on the same 30 kg bench machine, off a wall socket, with no compressed air and no floor space.

Not suited for: tube over 14 mm, wire over 4 mm, metal tube, or tolerances tighter than ± 0.002 × L. For heat shrink tubing from Ø1 to Ø30 mm the pneumatic WM-585 heat shrink tubing cutting machine covers the larger diameters at 1,000 pieces per hour, and heat shrink or soft sleeving up to Φ38 mm belongs on the WM-565N heat shrink tube cutting machine (± 0.1 mm, 60–210 pieces per minute). Rigid PVC, PP and PE pipe from 1 to 50 mm cut to 0.05 mm at 100 mm runs on the WM-591 high-precision rotary knife pipe cutting machine, and pipe from 10 to 100 mm that must come off with no chips inside the bore runs on the WM-593 rotary chipless pipe cutting machine. Hose, conduit and plastic pipe up to Φ40 mm go on the WM-582 automatic tube cut-to-length machine, and armoured, copper, aluminium and stainless tube from Φ1 to Φ30 mm on the saw-type WM-183 metal tube cutting machine. For wire and cable heavier than 4 mm — up to 150 mm² and Φ33 mm, hose included — the WM-1222 automatic cable cutting machine is the machine.
