The WM-593 cuts pipe and tube by rolling a cutter wheel around the pipe instead of sawing through it, so the cut produces no chips and no swarf and needs no deburring afterwards. It handles pipe from 10 to 100 mm diameter with wall thickness from 0.5 to 6 mm, at cut lengths from 3 to 1,000 mm or longer, on a 70 kg bench-cabinet machine with infinitely variable automatic speed.

Suited for: pipe and tube from 10 to 100 mm diameter with a 0.5–6 mm wall, cut to lengths between 3 and 1,000 mm, where the cut face has to come off the machine clean — no chips inside the bore, no burr to remove, no kerf loss.
Not suited for: walls thicker than 6 mm or pipe outside the 10–100 mm band, and jobs where raw cutting speed beats cut cleanliness. For metal tube — armored conduit, copper, aluminium and stainless from Φ1 to Φ30 mm — the saw-type WM-183 metal tube cutting machine runs 20–100 pieces per minute with a circular blade, accepting the chips that come with sawing. WM-593 — common questions
What does "chipless cutting" mean on the WM-593?
A saw or a grinding wheel removes a slice of material to separate the pipe, which produces chips and swarf — some of it inside the bore — plus a burr on both faces. The WM-593 instead runs a cutter wheel around the pipe under pressure until the wall separates. Nothing is removed, so there are no chips to fall into the tube, no kerf loss, and no deburring step afterwards.
Which pipe diameters and wall thicknesses does it cover?
Up to 100 mm outside diameter, with the working range customizable from 10 to 100 mm, and wall thickness from 0.5 to 6 mm. Cut lengths run from 3 mm to 1,000 mm, and longer on request. Which pipe materials can it cut?
The manufacturer supplies the cutter and fixed-length tooling to suit the specific pipe, and does not publish a fixed material list for this machine — the samples we hold on file are plastic pipe, both large-diameter thin-wall and small-diameter thick-wall. Send us 2–3 pieces of your actual pipe and we will cut them on the machine and send you the video and the cut samples, so the material question is answered by test rather than by a data sheet.
How is it different from a saw-type tube cutting machine?
A saw-type machine such as the WM-183 cuts Φ1–30 mm metal tube with a circular blade at 20–100 pieces per minute — fast, but it makes chips and a burred face. The WM-593 goes up to 100 mm diameter and makes no chips at all, which is what matters when the tube is a fluid line and swarf left in the bore would end up in the system. Pick by which of those two constraints is binding for your part.
