The WM-566 cuts webbing, tape and hook-and-loop into angled shapes — parallelograms, trapezoids and pointed ends — with a rotary blade head that swings from 45° to 135° under program control. Straight cuts take material up to 100 mm wide, chamfer cuts up to 50 mm, at programmed lengths from 1 to 999,999 mm. The blade heats to 600 °C to fuse synthetic cut faces or runs cold, and a color-code sensor registers cuts to printed labels. The 65 kg cabinet measures 720 × 440 × 560 mm and draws 0.6 kW at 220 V.

Suited for: flat synthetic webbing, tape, ribbon, elastic band and hook-and-loop up to 100 mm wide that needs angled or shaped ends — straps, safety webbing and woven labels cut to printed marks. Not suited for: round tube and sleeve — corrugated conduit runs on the WM-162 corrugated tube cutting machine, heat shrink and soft sleeving on the WM-565N heat shrink tube cutter, the round-stock benches to this flat-webbing station — nor PVC pipe, wire or cable of any kind. Its shaped chamfer cut also stops at 50 mm of width, and it is a benchtop cabinet: for an angled, sealed end across webbing up to 170 mm wide, or for straps up to 2,000 mm long drawn out flat on a supported table, step up to the WM-594 automatic oblique angle webbing cutting machine.
