Rotary Blade Webbing Shape Cutting Machine with 45–135° Angle Adjustment WM-566
The WM-566 cuts webbing, tape and hook-and-loop into angled shapes — parallelograms, trapezoids and pointed ends — with a rotary blade head that swings from 45° to 135° under program control. Straight cuts take material up to 100 mm wide, chamfer cuts up to 50 mm, at programmed lengths from 1 to 999,999 mm. The blade heats to 600 °C to fuse synthetic cut faces or runs cold, and a color-code sensor registers cuts to printed labels. The 65 kg cabinet measures 720 × 440 × 560 mm and draws 0.6 kW at 220 V.

Which shapes can the WM-566 cut besides straight lengths?
The blade rotates between 45° and 135° under program control, so rectangles, parallelograms, trapezoids and pointed arrow ends all run as stored shape programs selected on the English touchscreen. Straight cuts take material up to 100 mm wide; chamfered shape cuts take up to 50 mm.
How does it hold length on elastic or stretchy tape?
A compensation function tuned to the material's elasticity corrects the feed so pieces stay on size even when the tape stretches under tension. For printed material, the color-code sensor cuts on the registration mark rather than counting length alone, keeping labels and repeats centered on the artwork.
What is the WM-566 not designed to cut?
Round materials — corrugated conduit, PVC tube and heat shrink sleeve belong on the dedicated cutters in the tube and pipe cutting category. It is not a wire or cable cutter, and shaped chamfer cuts are limited to 50 mm wide material.
