Automatic Corrugated and PVC Tube Cutting Machine for 4–60 mm Thin-Wall Tube WM-610
Our WM-610 cuts corrugated tubing, PVC tubing and other thin-wall tube to a set length. The 10-wheel belt feed and digitally adjusted pressure-wheel height help set the grip for different tube sizes within the 4–60 mm range. A 7-inch color touchscreen controls setup. The specified output is 4,000 pieces per hour, with air pressure of 0.5–0.7 MPa required. We test your tube for feeding, surface condition and finished length before confirming the production setup.

Key features
- Prepare repeat tube lengths without hand-measuring each piece: set the cut length on the touchscreen and use the 10-wheel belt feed to advance the material.
- Adjust feeding pressure for the tube job: digital pressure-wheel height adjustment and belt contact help manage grip without concentrating it at a single feed point. We check surface marks and deformation with your samples.
- Connect the cutter to the rest of your production process: modular interfaces support optional MES, IoT, position-specific inkjet marking and auxiliary-equipment alarms, quoted for the required setup.
- Set up repeat work on the 7-inch color touchscreen. We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
- Plan replacement blades and belts with the machine: every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.
What it processes
- Recurring cut-to-length batches of corrugated tube for cable and harness protection
- Thin-wall PVC tube lengths for equipment assembly and protective sleeving
- Tube preparation for repeat kitting jobs, with feeding and cut-end trials on the actual material
Our WM-610 prepares set-length pieces of corrugated and thin-wall PVC tube for repeat assembly work. Its belt feeding, 10-wheel drive and digitally adjusted pressure-wheel height let us set the grip for the material being processed.
Diameter alone does not define a tube-cutting job. Send the tube material, outside and inside diameters, wall thickness, cut lengths, tolerance and recurring batch quantity. We test feeding, surface condition and cut ends, measure the finished lengths, and return the trial video with the proposed setup.
The machine requires compressed air at 0.5–0.7 MPa. MES, IoT, position-specific inkjet marking and external auxiliary-equipment alarms are optional connections, not part of every configuration.

WM-610 — common questions
Which tubes can WM-610 cut?
WM-610 is specified for corrugated tubing, PVC tubing and other thin-wall tube in the 4–60 mm diameter range. Send the material, outside and inside diameters, wall thickness and required lengths. We run your samples and show the feed, cut ends and measured length in a trial video.
How is WM-610 different from WM-606?
WM-610 specifies a 4–60 mm tube range, 10-wheel belt feed, 0.5–0.7 MPa compressed air, dimensions of 680 × 605 × 520 mm and a net weight of 80 kg. Our WM-606 has a standard 4–30 mm range, a custom 30–50 mm range, 14-wheel drive and no compressed-air requirement. We select the setup using your tube samples and production needs.
What does the cutting tolerance mean?
The specified tolerance is within 0.005 × L, where L is the cutting length. At a 100 mm cut length, that expression equals 0.5 mm. We agree the measurement method and check repeat lengths using your actual tube; corrugation, flexibility and feed grip affect the trial.
Will every tube run at 4,000 pieces per hour?
4,000 pieces per hour is the specified production rate. We confirm the working rate for your tube, cut length and handling arrangement on the quote rather than applying that rate to every job.
Does it need compressed air and which voltage is available?
Yes. Supply compressed air at 0.5–0.7 MPa. The electrical specification is AC 220 V, 50/60 Hz, with AC 110 V, 50/60 Hz available as an option. We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
Does the 1 mm length setting guarantee a usable 1 mm finished piece?
The control setting range is 1–999999.99 mm. A usable short part also depends on the tube diameter, wall construction, grip and cut-end requirements. Send your shortest required part so we can test it and confirm the working range on the quote.
Are inkjet marking and production-system connections included?
MES, IoT, position-specific inkjet marking and external auxiliary-equipment alarms are optional. Tell us which functions and interfaces the job needs; we identify the selected options on the quote.
Can it replace a metal-tube saw or cut thick-wall tube?
This configuration is for thin-wall tube, not metal sawing or an assumed thick-wall capacity. Send the material and cross-section through our custom machine service so we can select a suitable cutting process.
Is it worthwhile for an occasional batch of 1,000 pieces?
For occasional small batches, a suitable hand cutter and length stop may be enough. Automatic feeding becomes more useful when repeat orders keep an operator measuring and cutting. Send your batch frequency and lengths so we can assess the job together.
How do we order spare blades and feed belts?
Every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from. We match replacement parts to your machine configuration and supply the changeover instructions.
