Automatic Belt-Feed Tube Cutting Machine, 4–50 mm WM-606
Our WM-606 automates tube feeding and cutting to length with a 14-wheel drive, belt feeding and a 7-inch HMI. The floor-standing machine covers a specified 4–50 mm processing range and a length setting range of 1–999999.99 mm. We test your tube, cut length and coil supply together so the sample run reflects the material you will actually process.

Key features
- Spend less time measuring each piece: automatic feeding and cutting prepare recurring tube lengths for assembly, with settings entered through the 7-inch HMI.
- Protect the tube surface during feeding: belts spread contact along the material. We check for pressure marks and scratches on your sample as well as measuring the cut length.
- Plan the incoming material path before installation: we review coil size, tube stiffness and supply drag with you, so the feed setup is matched to the way your production team handles the coil.
- Judge the result before ordering: we run your tube and send a video showing the feeding action and cut ends, together with measured sample lengths.
- Receive a setup ready for your destination: we set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
What it processes
- Repeated cut-to-length tube preparation for assembly, subject to material and wall-thickness trials
- Production batches where manual measuring and cutting occupy time needed at downstream workstations
- Tube jobs requiring inspection of both finished length and surface condition after belt feeding
Our WM-606 automatic tube cutting machine combines belt feeding with a 14-wheel drive in a floor-standing cabinet. For repeat tube lengths, it moves the measuring and cutting step into an automatic cycle, helping keep prepared pieces available for the next assembly operation.
Good cut-length preparation starts with consistent material delivery. A coil that pulls unevenly, a tube that deforms under feed pressure, or an unsuitable cutting setup can create rework downstream. We review the incoming coil arrangement and inspect sample surfaces and cut ends alongside the measured length.
Send your tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness, target lengths and acceptable tolerance. Include the coil dimensions and recurring batch quantity. We test the application and show the result so you can evaluate the finished pieces before committing to the machine.

WM-606 — common questions
Which tube materials and wall thicknesses can we run?
Send the material, outside diameter, wall thickness and a sample. The specified processing range is 4–50 mm; diameter alone does not establish whether a particular tube can be cut cleanly. We confirm the working setup and cut quality through your sample trial.
Do the sample images establish the cutting range for each material?
The images illustrate corrugated, smooth black and transparent tubing. We confirm each material and wall thickness on a sample run, checking the cut end, deformation and finished length. A matching outside diameter alone does not establish the cutting result.
Can we save settings when changing tube jobs?
The HMI stores multiple processing parameter programs and supports Chinese and English. We check the belt gap and guide setup for each tube as well as recalling the program, then inspect the first pieces after a changeover.
What does the cutting tolerance mean?
The specification states within 0.003 × L, where L is the cutting length. This corresponds to 0.3 mm at a 100 mm length and 3 mm at 1000 mm. We measure your sample pieces against the tolerance required by your assembly.
Can every tube be cut at the minimum length setting?
The specified length range is 1–999999.99 mm. The usable finished-piece length depends on the tube and cutting setup. We confirm your shortest and longest required pieces in the sample run rather than treating the setting range as a guarantee for every material.
Will it feed directly from our coil?
We review coil weight, dimensions and the incoming path before confirming the setup. Supply drag can affect feeding even when the tube fits the guides. For a matched coil supply arrangement, see our payoff and feeding equipment.
Is automation worthwhile for an occasional batch of 1,000 pieces?
A suitable hand cutter and length stop may be sufficient for occasional small batches. Automatic cutting becomes more useful when recurring batches of many thousands keep staff measuring and cutting instead of assembling. Send the batch frequency and piece lengths so we can assess the job with you.
What production speed and utilities should we plan for?
Production rate and utility requirements are confirmed on the quote for your material and cut lengths. We use the sample run to establish the working rate for your job.
How do we obtain replacement blades and belts?
For blades, belts and other wear parts, every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from. We identify the replacement parts for your machine configuration.
