Get a quote for WM-611 →

Our WM-611 feeds heat-shrink tubing, PVC tubing and flat material through adjustable guides and a roller before cutting it to length with a cold knife. Its specified cutting width is 1–100 mm, with a length setting of 0.1–9999.9 mm and a rate of 7,200 cuts per hour depending on length. The LCD and keypad provide automatic operation, manual forward/reverse feeding and manual cutting for setup. We test your material to confirm the usable length, feed grip and cut quality.

Key features

  • Replace repeated hand-measuring with roller-fed cutting: enter the required length, align the material in the guides and run the batch.
  • Set up short or flexible material with forward/reverse jog and a manual cut before starting automatic operation.
  • Arrange narrow strips in parallel within the 100 mm cutting width. We confirm the number of lanes and guide spacing using your samples.
  • Prepare the controls for your operators: we set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
  • Plan blade and feed-roller replacements with the machine: every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.

What it processes

  • Repeat lengths of heat-shrink sleeving for wire-harness assembly
  • PVC tubing and flat insulating material prepared for assembly kits
  • Parallel cutting of compatible narrow strips after a feed and cut trial

Our WM-611 is a bench cold-knife cutter for recurring sleeving and strip jobs. The adjustable infeed guides align the material before the roller advances it to the blade. The demonstration shows parallel black sleeving being fed, cut and discharged.

Send the material, section or flattened width, required lengths, tolerance and batch frequency. We run your samples and show the feeding, cut edges and measured lengths on video before confirming the configuration. The cutting-width specification does not establish a round-tube diameter or metal-wire capacity.

This version uses an unheated knife. For a sealed edge on compatible braid or webbing, we offer the WM-568 hot-cutting machine.

WM-611 — common questions

Does 100 mm mean the tube diameter?

No. The 1–100 mm figure is cutting width, not a tube-diameter rating. Send the tube outside diameter, wall thickness or flattened width and the material. We confirm the guide opening and cutting suitability on your sample.

Does this machine heat-seal the cut ends?

This is the cold-knife configuration. For braided sleeve or webbing that needs a fused edge, use our WM-568 hot-cutting machine. We compare the edge finish using your material before selecting the process.

Can it feed several strips at once?

The photos and video show parallel black sleeving through separate guides. The usable lane count depends on strip width, thickness and feed behavior; we confirm it on the quote after testing your samples. The specified rate counts cuts, not an assumed number of finished pieces across multiple lanes.

Is 0.1 mm a guaranteed finished length or accuracy?

No. 0.1–9999.9 mm is the length setting range, not a cutting-accuracy claim. We measure your required short and long pieces during the trial and confirm the usable lengths and tolerance on the quote.

What production rate should we plan for?

The specified rate is 7,200 cuts per hour, depending on cutting length. We time a run at your required length and feeding arrangement. For occasional small batches, a suitable hand cutter and length stop may be enough; automatic feeding is more useful for recurring production.

Can we use it for metal wire?

Wire suitability depends on material, section and blade setup. Send these details through our custom machine service so we can test and select the cutting process. The 100 mm cutting-width figure is not a metal-wire capacity.

What voltage and spare parts will we receive?

The electrical specification is 220 V, 50 Hz. We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual. For spare blades and feed rollers, every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.
