Automatic Heat Shrink Tube Cutting Machine for Diameters up to Φ38 mm WM-565N

CE Certified HS Code 8461.50 Tube up to Φ38 mm 60–210 pcs/min

The WM-565N cuts heat shrink tube and other soft sleeving to programmed lengths up to Φ38 mm in diameter — the large-bore class used on battery cable, busbars and cable joints. Multi-wheel belt feeding carries the tube to a guillotine blade that holds ±0.1 mm accuracy over lengths from 0.1 to 99,999.9 mm, and throughput runs 60 to 210 pieces per minute depending on cut length. Batches are programmed on a touchscreen with an English interface. The bench unit measures 650 × 480 × 420 mm, weighs 66 kg net and runs on AC220 V at 560 W.

Key features

  • Takes tube up to Φ38 mm — the large-bore shrink tube for battery cable, lugs and cable joints that ordinary tube cutters cannot swallow
  • Opposed belt feeding spreads grip over a long contact area, so thin-wall and large-bore tube feeds straight without being crushed flat at the wheels
  • ±0.1 mm repeatability from 0.1 to 99,999.9 mm makes pre-cut kits a parameter entry, not a measuring job
  • Batch counter, piece counter and pause programming on the touchscreen let one operator run bagged-quantity production unattended

What it processes

  • Pre-cutting heat shrink tube to kit lengths for wire harness and cable assembly shops
  • Large-diameter shrink tube segments for battery cable, lugs and busbar insulation
  • Cut-to-length soft PVC and corrugated sleeving in preparation areas feeding assembly lines

Suited for: cut-to-length work on heat shrink tube and soft sleeving up to Φ38 mm — kitting shrink tube for harness lines, battery cable insulation segments and joint covers where every piece must measure the same. Not suited for: rope and webbing that need heat-sealed ends — for those, pick the WM-561 hot rope cutting machine, which heat-seals rope, cord and webbing up to Φ20 mm as it cuts — nor wire and cable, which call for a cutting and stripping machine.

Where surface finish matters more than rate — printed or glossy tubing that must leave the machine without roller marks, and changeovers that need the feed gap reset to a number rather than by feel — the WM-585 pneumatic heat shrink tubing cutting machine is the slower alternative: Ø1–30 mm through a 90 mm blade throat at about 1,000 pieces an hour, with a digitally set pressure-wheel height.

Tube walls and diameters vary, so we prove the cut on your material first: send 2–3 meters of your actual tube and we run it on this machine on video — measured pieces on camera — before you commit.

WM-565N — common questions

What is the largest tube the WM-565N can cut?

Standard capacity is Φ38 mm diameter. Runs above Φ38 mm are handled as a customized build — tell us your tube diameter and wall, and we confirm the configuration before you order.

Will the blade deform soft or thin-wall shrink tube at the cut?

The tube is carried by opposed belts rather than pinch rollers, and the blade strikes square across the bore, so pieces come off flat-ended and round enough to slide over the cable. Cut pieces of large-bore tube naturally flatten when bagged — they recover as soon as they are slipped over the workpiece.

What is it not built for?

It cuts with a cold blade, so synthetic rope and webbing that must leave the machine with heat-sealed, fray-free ends belong on the hot cutting machines in the tube and pipe cutting category. It also does not strip or mark — it only cuts to length.
