Length holds within ±0.03 mm and squareness within ±0.01 mm, positioned by a 0.001 mm-resolution servo across the 480 mm travel. Faces leave the tungsten-carbide blade smooth and burr-free, so most parts skip deburring entirely.
How does batch cutting work?
Between 1 and 15 pieces of rod or tube clamp side by side and the saw cuts through the whole layer in one stroke — up to 15 finished pieces per cycle from bars of about 6 meters. Diameters from 0.6 to 48 mm and lengths from 1 to 2,000 mm are programmed on the Delta touchscreen, which also runs in English.
What is the WM-562CNC not designed to cut?
It is built for non-ferrous metal — brass, copper and aluminum — not steel, and not soft materials like corrugated or heat-shrink tubing, which run on the other tube and pipe cutting machines. Wire and cable cutting is a different machine class altogether.
