The WM-4112 is a cordless tape wrapping gun for lithium battery work — taping cell edges and tab stacks with the insulation tapes used in pack assembly. It runs from a swappable lithium-ion battery pack, docks onto its included desktop stand with a foot pedal for bench work, and its open-jaw wrap head feeds tape over a guide chute and tears it off on a built-in serrated blade. As shipped it runs both narrow PVC rolls and the wide cloth tape common in battery packs.

Suited for: taping lithium battery cells and tab stacks — handheld at the bench or rework station, or docked on the desktop stand with the foot pedal for repeat work. The wide black cloth roll on the docked machine in the gallery is the battery-pack tape this head is built to run. Not suited for: spiral wrapping of wire harness runs — the WM-4110 handheld wrapping gun (corded) and the battery-powered WM-4111 cover Φ8–35 mm bundles — or programmed spot bands at fixed positions, where the WM-4105 spot taping workstation takes over on Φ3–12 mm bundles. It is also not a production station: for repeatable taping of flat cells and module plates up to 400 × 400 mm and 1–8 mm thick at 1,500–1,800 pcs/h, the bench-height WM-476 lithium battery tape sticking machine does it under a PLC with ±0.15 mm placement accuracy, and for cells no larger than 150 × 150 mm the compact 60 kg WM-477 high-temperature tape pasting machine does the same job on a quarter of the mass.
