The WM-567 cuts woven ribbon, strap and tape against an 18 kHz ultrasonic head, fusing the fibres along the cut line so every piece leaves the machine with a sealed, fray-free end. It delivers 60–80 pieces per minute and produces straight, beveled and arrow-point end shapes. A motorized pre-feeder pays material off the reel and powered rollers meter it past the adjustable guide, keeping cuts square across the full roll. Which materials cut well on this machine?

Synthetic woven materials that fuse under ultrasonic energy — polyester and nylon ribbon, webbing, hook-and-loop tape and elastic band. Natural fibres such as pure cotton are severed but their edges do not seal, so they still behave like scissor-cut ends. Blends fall in between — send a roll and we cut samples for you.

Can it really cut angled and pointed ends, not just straight?

Yes — the sample sets photographed in this listing were cut on this machine and show square ends, beveled ends and arrow-point tips on the same red and yellow webbing. Tell us the end shape and angle you need, and we confirm the setup with cut samples of your own tape before shipment.

What is this machine not suitable for?

It cuts flat woven tape and ribbon only. It does not punch holes — that is the job of the ultrasonic webbing punching and cutting machine in the tube and pipe cutting category — and it is not for wire or cable, which belong with the wire cutting and stripping machines.
