The WM-567 cuts woven ribbon, strap and tape against an 18 kHz ultrasonic head, fusing the fibres along the cut line so every piece leaves the machine with a sealed, fray-free end. It delivers 60–80 pieces per minute and produces straight, beveled and arrow-point end shapes. A motorized pre-feeder pays material off the reel and powered rollers meter it past the adjustable guide, keeping cuts square across the full roll. The machine draws 1.8 kW at 220 V, uses 3–6 kg/cm² compressed air and weighs 130 kg, with a packing size of 670 × 860 × 1030 mm.

Suited for: polyester and nylon ribbon, webbing, hook-and-loop tape and elastic band cut from the reel at 60–80 pieces per minute — anywhere the end must stay sealed, from harness bundling straps to garment trim. Not suited for: wire, cable or any conductor — those run on the wire cutting and stripping machines — and it does not punch holes; for cut-plus-punch work, pick the WM-564 ultrasonic punching and cutting machine, the same sealed-edge process with hole punching in one pass; for holes only, on tape that stays in one piece or on pieces already cut to length, use the WM-598 ultrasonic hole punching machine. Its bevel and arrow ends come from a blade angle on a reel-fed line, so for a die-formed V on thick flat braid — shape machined into hardened tooling, one 85 mm press stroke per piece — pick the WM-581 ultrasonic V-cut webbing cutting machine. And it cuts to a measured length rather than to the artwork: if your ribbon is printed and every cut has to land at the same point in the repeat, the WM-580 ultrasonic satin ribbon cutting machine adds a photoelectric mark sensor and a stacker on the same 18 kHz process.
