The WM-564 cuts synthetic webbing to length and punches holes in the same automated cycle, using an ultrasonic horn that fuses every cut edge and hole rim so nylon and polyester straps come off the machine fray-free. Cut lengths, hole positions and piece counters are programmed on an English-language touchscreen, and material feeds from a reel through an adjustable guide. Suited for: synthetic webbing, hook-and-loop strap, polyester ribbon and PP tape fed from a reel — jobs where every piece needs a sealed cut and cleanly punched holes in one automated pass. Not suited for: wire, cable or rigid tube — conductor processing belongs with the wire cutting and stripping machines, and braided sleeve or foam tube goes to the WM-570S hot knife cutting machine, the dedicated cutter for exactly those two materials. It also does not suit hand-placed work — cut leather panels, woven labels, stacked flannel or pieces that are already cut to length and only need holes; those go on the open table of the WM-598 ultrasonic hole punching machine, a foot-pedal press with interchangeable molds for round and shaped holes.

WM-564 — common questions

How do the punched holes and cut edges stay fray-free?

The punch and cutter work with an ultrasonic system, so the synthetic fibres are fused exactly where they are severed. Hole rims and strap ends come out sealed in the same stroke that forms them — no flame treatment, no stiffening glue, no loose threads inside the hole.

What can I program from the touchscreen?

The interface is in English and holds the working parameters for a job — segment lengths, punching settings, production speed and piece counters — so an operator stores a strap pattern once and recalls it for repeat orders instead of setting up measuring jigs.

What is this machine not suitable for?

It processes flat woven synthetic webbing, tape and ribbon — not wire or cable, which belong with the wire cutting and stripping machines. Round materials such as braided sleeve and foam tube are covered by the hot-knife cutters in the tube and pipe cutting category.
