Automatic Hot and Cold Webbing Cutting Machine for Strip and Sheet Materials up to 160 mm WM-577
The WM-577 cuts flat strip and sheet materials from 1 to 160 mm wide with one blade that runs heated up to 350 °C or stone cold — hot for webbing, woven labels and battery sleeve that need fused edges, cold for nickel strip, copper strip, aluminum foil and insulating paper that must stay burr-free. An ARM controller with a large LED screen programs lengths from 0.1 mm up to 999.99 m at 0.1 mm accuracy and turns out 120–150 cuts per minute on 50 mm pieces. The 33 kg bench unit draws 500 W on 220 V.

WM-577 — common questions
When do I cut hot and when cold?
Heat the blade for materials that melt — polyester webbing, woven labels, battery sleeve and fiber tube come off with fused, fray-free ends. Cut cold for metal strip, aluminum foil, enameled wire and insulating paper, where a heated blade would discolor or deform the edge. Switching modes is a temperature setting, not a tooling change.
Is the control screen available in English?
Yes. The ARM control system ships with both Chinese and English interfaces — length, speed level, batch quantity and piece count are all set on the large LED screen in English, with batch pause, length compensation and one-key reset available from the same panel.
What materials is the WM-577 not built for?
It makes straight cross-cuts on flat stock up to 160 mm wide. Round rope, corrugated conduit, heat shrink tube and rigid metal pipe belong on the dedicated machines in the tube and pipe cutting category, and material wider than 160 mm needs a wider-format machine — see the referrals below the specifications.
