Roll to Sheet Cutting and Slitting Machine for 1220 mm Film, Foil and Foam WM-575S

CE Certified HS Code 8461.50 30–120 pcs/min

The WM-575S converts roll stock into finished sheets and strips in one pass — a cross-cut blade chops the web to length while rotary slitters divide it lengthwise, on material up to 1,220 mm wide. A closed-loop feed motor with optical tracking holds cutting accuracy to 0.1 mm over lengths from 0.1 to 99,999.9 mm, at 30–120 sheets per minute. It converts insulation paper, PVC and PET film, EVA foam, non-woven cloth, and copper or aluminum foil. The 2,500 × 1,550 × 1,220 mm frame runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz.

Key features

  • Cross cutting and slitting run together — one roll goes in, sheets cut to length and strips slit to width come out, with no second pass through another machine
  • Closed-loop feed motor and electric optical tracking hold 0.1 mm cutting accuracy across the full 1,220 mm width
  • One machine converts film, paper, foam, cloth and metal foil — swap recipes on the English micro-computer panel instead of changing machines
  • SKD-11 blades driven by a high-power AC motor stay sharp through copper and aluminum foil, not just soft film

What it processes

  • Insulation paper and barrier film sheets for transformer, battery and electronics assembly
  • PVC, PET and automotive film, bubble film, pearl cotton and EVA foam blanks for packaging converters
  • Copper and aluminum foil sheets for shielding, gasketing and laminating work

Suited for: converting flexible roll stock up to 1,220 mm wide into sheets and strips — insulation paper, PVC/PET film, bubble film, EVA foam, non-woven and polyester cloth, copper and aluminum foil. Not suited for: rigid board, round tube or profile stock — for conduit, pipe and sleeve work, pick the matching machine from the dedicated tube and pipe cutting range — nor any wire or cable processing.

Films, foams and foils each feed and shear differently, so we prove it first: send a short roll of your actual material and we convert it on this machine on video — sheet size checked on camera — before you commit.

WM-575S — common questions

Can the WM-575S cut sheets and strips at the same time?

Yes — that is the point of the machine. Rotary slitter blades and score-cut knife holders position anywhere across the shaft to set strip widths, while the cross-cut beam chops the web to programmed length. A roll becomes finished blanks in a single pass.

Which materials will it convert?

Insulation paper, kraft paper, PVC film, PET film, automotive film, bubble film, pearl cotton, EVA foam, non-woven cloth, polyester cloth, plus copper and aluminum foil. Width adjusts from 1 to 1,220 mm and length from 0.1 to 99,999.9 mm, with 0.1 mm accuracy held by the optical tracking system.

What is the WM-575S not built for?

It converts flexible web from rolls — it is not for rigid board, round tube or profile stock. Corrugated conduit, PVC pipe and heat shrink sleeve run on the dedicated cutters in the tube and pipe cutting category, and wire or cable cutting is outside its scope entirely.
