Cold-Knife Tube and Strip Cutter, 160 mm Width, 150 Cuts/min WM-602
The WM-602 cuts tube, hose, foil and non-adhesive strip up to 160 mm wide to a set length with a cold knife — from 1 to 99,999 mm, with a specified cutting accuracy of 0.1 mm and a rated speed of up to 150 cuts a minute. Accuracy and output at your chosen length are verified on your material. It is a 34 kg bench machine drawing 1,100 W on 110 or 220 V, with an English LCD for length, speed and count that keeps its settings through a power cut and stops when the material runs out.

WM-602 — common questions
Is this a hot knife?
No, cold knife. A sealed melt edge on webbing is the WM-577 (hot and cold, 350 °C, 500 W) or the ultrasonic WM-596.
How many pieces before a machine makes sense?
For a thousand pieces of heat-shrink a month, a guillotine with a stop and a low-skill operator is genuinely hard to beat. This machine pays back when the count is tens of thousands, the length must repeat to a tenth of a millimetre, or the tube is too wide or too tough for a hand cutter. Tell us the monthly quantity and we will say which it is.
I only need 80 mm Velcro shapes.
That is the WM-601.
Will it crush or nick a thin-wall tube?
The knife stroke and feed pressure are set for the material, and thin-wall PVC and heat-shrink are its everyday job. Send 2–3 metres of your actual tube and we cut it on video before you order — a photo of another tube is not a run on yours.
