Wide Cold-Knife Sheet and Film Cutter, 800 mm Width, 2,500 W WM-604
The WM-604 is the wide-throat member of our cold-knife cutter family: film, foil, sheet, tube and non-adhesive strip up to 800 mm wide, cut to a set length from 1 to 99,999 mm, with a specified cutting accuracy of 0.1 mm and a rated speed of up to 150 cuts a minute. Accuracy and output at your chosen length are verified on your material. A pneumatic press bar holds the sheet flat across the full width before the blade drops, so wide film comes off square. 2,500 W on 110 or 220 V, about 140 kg.

WM-604 — common questions
Is this a heat sealer?
No — it is a cold knife across an 800 mm throat. If you need a heat-seal bar as well as a cut, say so on the inquiry and we will tell you plainly whether we have a machine for it.
I only need 160 mm.
That is the WM-602, a 34 kg bench machine.
What is the footprint?
The machine is about 1,100 mm wide across the throat and weighs about 140 kg; we confirm the full packed dimensions on the quote before you book freight.
Will it slip on thin film?
The press bar is there for exactly that — it clamps the film across the full width before the blade moves. Send a roll of your actual film and we cut it on video before you order.
Where do blades come from?
The knife is the wear part. Every quote lists it with unit price and the location it ships from.
