The WM-584 cuts flexible tubing to length and slits it lengthwise on the same pass, on a 650 × 480 × 420 mm bench frame. It takes tube up to Φ38 mm and holds ±0.1 mm over cut lengths from 0.1 to 99,999.9 mm, at 60 to 210 cuts per minute depending on the piece length. A stepper-driven feed meters the tube and a flat replaceable knife makes the cut-off, both programmed from the English touchscreen. Besides corrugated conduit the manufacturer rates it for silicone, rubber, oil-seal, medical, beverage, gas and water tube. Net weight is 66 kg on AC220 V, 560 W.

How does the WM-584 compare with your other two cut-and-split machines?
Three rungs, picked by bore and by rate. The WM-584 is the speed and precision rung: up to Φ38 mm, 60–210 cuts per minute, ±0.1 mm absolute, and cut lengths from 0.1 to 99,999.9 mm — the one to choose for high piece counts, very short pieces, or mixed tubing that is not only corrugated conduit. The WM-176 is the conduit rung: Φ4–32 mm (42 mm on request), a heavier 1.0 kW round-blade drive built specifically for automotive wire loom, cut lengths 5–9,999 mm. Is 210 cuts a minute a real production number?
The manufacturer rates the machine at 60 to 210 cuts per minute and states plainly that the figure depends on cut length — the top of the band belongs to short pieces, where the feed barely indexes between cuts, and the bottom to long ones, where most of the cycle is feeding rather than cutting. Give us your piece length and we will run your tube and time the actual rate before you order.
Does every piece come out split, or can I run closed tube as well?
The machine is built to cut and split in the same pass. The manufacturer does not publish a specification for running it with the slitting knife disengaged, and we will not invent one — if you need both closed and split pieces off the same machine, say so in your inquiry and we confirm it against the actual unit before you commit.
What is the smallest tube it will handle?
Only the ceiling is published — Φ38 mm maximum. No minimum diameter is given, and the cutting length spec starts at 0.1 mm rather than telling you anything about bore. Send us 2–3 metres of your smallest tube; we run it on this machine and send you the video of the cut and split pieces.
What comes out of the machine at the end of a batch?
Counted pieces, cut square and slit down their length, dropped through the outfeed. Batch quantity, piece length and speed are all entered on the touchscreen, so an operator sets the job and comes back to a finished count rather than watching a tape measure.
