The WM-176 cuts corrugated wire-loom tube to length and slits it lengthwise in the same pass, so the conduit arrives at the harness bench already opened for wrapping around assembled bundles. It processes convoluted tube from 4 to 32 mm diameter (32–42 mm customizable) at any cut length from 5 to 9,999 mm, set on the built-in touchscreen. Toothed-belt feeding grips the corrugations without crushing them, and a powered round blade produces square cut ends with a clean, straight split line. The 70 kg benchtop unit draws 1.0 kW on 220/110 V, 50/60 Hz.

Suited for: corrugated wire-loom conduit from 4 to 32 mm diameter (32–42 mm by customization) cut to counted lengths, with or without a lengthwise split. WM-176 — common questions
Why does the split matter for harness work?
Unsplit conduit must be threaded over the harness before the connectors go on. Split tube wraps around a finished, already-terminated bundle — so looming moves to the end of the line where it does not block other stations. The machine puts a straight factory split in every piece.
Can I turn the splitting function off and only cut to length?
Yes — splitting is a selectable function in the program. Run closed pieces where the tube is threaded during assembly and split pieces for retrofit dressing, from the same coil on the same machine.
Can it cut cable, PVC sleeve or heat-shrink tubing?
No — the feed and blade are shaped for corrugated tube walls of 4–32 mm diameter. Wire and cable belong on the wire cutting and stripping machines, and heat-shrink sleeve is handled by the heat shrink processing category.
