Spot Taping Machine for Wire Harness Bundles, Touchscreen Build WM-4105B
The WM-4105B is an alternate build of our semi-automatic spot taping machine, with the same specification as the WM-4105: spot or spiral tape on Φ3–12 mm harness bundles, tape widths of 15–45 mm, head speed to 600 mm/s, on 220 or 110 V, 44 kg. This build carries an English touchscreen for spot count, overlap and spiral pitch. Hold the bundle in the slot, press the pedal, and the tape band goes on at the same tension and overlap every time.

WM-4105B — common questions
How is this different from the WM-4105?
Same specification, alternate build — this version has the English touchscreen shown in the gallery. WM-4105 is the other build. They are quoted separately, so tell us which page you are looking at.
Can it wrap a single wire?
It is designed for bundles of Φ3 mm and up. A single thin wire can drop into the tape slot instead of riding on it, so for one-wire work tell us the wire diameter first and we will test it before you order.
What tape width does it take?
15–45 mm, no release paper. A wider band covers its section in fewer turns; send a roll of the tape you use and we set the head on it.
Bundles above Φ12 mm?
Outside this machine. Larger bundles go to the WM-4136 up to Φ40 mm. A powered 1,050 mm traction rail is the WM-471.
Will the wrap slip or wrinkle?
The head lays a flat half-lap at a set overlap, which is what a hand cannot repeat all shift. Tape adhesive and bundle stiffness still matter, so send 2–3 metres of the bundle and a roll of tape and we wrap it on video — start, band, and cut — before you order.
Does it need compressed air?
Tell us on the inquiry and we confirm the air requirement for the guard and cutter with the quote; the tape head itself is motor-driven.
