Compact PTFE Thread Seal Tape Wrapping Machine for 1/8 to 2 Inch Fittings WM-469
The WM-469 winds PTFE thread-seal tape onto threaded fittings from 1/8 to 2 inch (2.5 inch customizable) in 3 to 5 seconds a piece — 2 to 3 tight servo-driven turns per joint, 600 to 800 fittings per hour. It runs standard tape widths of 5, 7, 10 and 14 mm (3 to 16 mm customizable), with wrap count and winding speed set on an English touchscreen. At 78 kg and a 72 × 52 × 52 cm cabinet with carry handles on both sides, it is the bench-size station in our thread-taping range — one operator loads fittings, the machine wraps and cuts.

Which fittings and tape does the WM-469 take?
Male-threaded fittings from 1/8 to 2 inch as standard — a 2.5 inch version can be customized. Standard PTFE thread-seal tape widths are 5, 7, 10 and 14 mm, and the feed can be customized for any width from 3 to 16 mm. Each cycle wraps 2 to 3 turns in 3 to 5 seconds, about 600 to 800 fittings per hour.
How is it different from the WM-466 cleaning and wrapping machine?
The WM-469 wraps only, with an operator loading each fitting — 78 kg, a 72 × 52 × 52 cm bench cabinet, fittings to 2 inch standard. The WM-466 is a 507 kg floor cell that bulk-feeds fittings from a vibratory bowl, brush-cleans the thread and then wraps, covering 1/8 to 2.5 inch at 3 to 5 pieces per minute. Pick the WM-466 when threads come off machining with chips and you want hands-free bulk running; pick the WM-469 when parts arrive clean and you want a compact station on the bench.
What does it need to run?
A standard 220/110 VAC, 50/60 Hz outlet and compressed air at 0.45 to 0.6 MPa — the air inlet and power socket are both on the back panel. At 78 kg it sits on a normal workbench; no foundation or fenced floor space is required.
