The WM-466 combines two jobs in one station: it brush-cleans the male thread, then winds PTFE thread-seal tape onto it — fully automatically. Pour fittings from 1/8 to 2.5 inch into the vibratory bowl and the machine feeds, cleans, wraps and ejects them at 3 to 5 pieces per minute, running tape from 3 to 16 mm wide. Wrap count and winding speed are servo-controlled recipe settings, so every joint leaves with the same number of tight turns.
