8-Wheel Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine for 0.3–25 mm² Wire WM-194
The WM-194 cuts and strips wire from 0.3 to 25 mm² — outer diameter up to Φ13 — at 4,000 to 5,000 pieces per hour on 100 mm pieces. Eight driven wheels in two pneumatically loaded feed blocks pull the wire past imported high-speed-steel blades, holding cut lengths from 1 to 100,000 mm within ± 0.0001 × L. Heads strip to 100 mm, tails to 90 mm, and up to 16 middle-strip sections can be opened along one piece. Runs on 220 V at 800 W with an English LCD program screen.

Not suited for: conductors above 25 mm², or sheathed cable where jacket and cores both need stripping. WM-194 — common questions
What is the largest wire the WM-194 can process?
25 mm² conductor cross-section, with wire outer diameter up to Φ13. Above that the feed rollers and guide no longer hold the wire square to the blades. The same 8-wheel platform is built one size up as the WM-197 high-speed big wire machine, which carries the identical 16-section middle stripping out to 70 mm² through a Φ18 guide; when the job instead needs 400 mm bare tails for lugs, the WM-179 benchtop large cable machine covers 6 to 70 mm² at a slower rate.
Is the 4,000–5,000 pcs/hour figure realistic for my job?
That rate is quoted at 100 mm cut length. Output drops as pieces get longer, because feeding time scales with length while cutting and stripping time does not. For a 500 mm lead expect a fraction of the short-piece rate; send us your length, wire size and strip lengths and we will work out the cycle for your part.
What does "16 middle stripping sections" mean in practice?
Besides the two ends, the machine can open up to 16 separate windows of bare conductor along a single piece, each at its own programmed position and length. Those windows become solder or crimp points for grounding chains, LED strings and branch taps. Jobs that need more than 16 windows, or half strips running to several metres, run on the WM-174Z middle stripping machine.
Can it strip the jacket and the inner cores of sheathed cable?
No. It works one insulation layer at a time on single-jacket wire. Sheathed cable where the outer jacket and the inner cores both have to be stripped in one program runs on the WM-168HT multi-core machine, which handles Φ3–10 mm cable with 2 to 8 cores.
