The WM-1306 is a fully automatic cut and strip machine for multi-strand copper wire and sheathed cable from φ1 to 12 mm. Six drive wheels with synchronous-belt double pressing feed the cable, cut it to any length from 0 to 100 meters, and strip 0.1–250 mm at the head and 0.1–70 mm at the tail. It peels the outer jacket of single-core and multi-core sheathed cables at 1,000–2,000 pieces per hour, is programmed on a 4.3-inch English-interface touchscreen, and runs from an ordinary 220 V socket.

What cables can the WM-1306 process?

Multi-strand (BVR-type) copper wire and sheathed cable from φ1 to 12 mm outside diameter — the guide pipe accepts up to ø12 mm. It cuts to length and peels the outer jacket of single-core and multi-core sheathed cables in the same pass.

How accurate are the cut length and strip length?

Cutting tolerance is ±0.002 mm per millimeter of cut length — on a 1,000 mm piece that is about ±2 mm. Strip lengths are programmable from 0.1 mm up to 250 mm at the head and 70 mm at the tail, so long exposed ends for lugs and terminals are no problem.

Does it also strip the individual inner cores?
