Our WM-4137 uses a powered rotating head to spiral-wrap tape around 3–25 mm cable bundles. The operator guides the cable and controls overlap through feed speed. This 26 kg benchtop machine accepts tape 9–30 mm wide and rolls up to 140 mm outside diameter, with touchscreen control and storage for up to 100 parameter sets.

Repeated hand taping can leave an operator spending much of the shift turning tape around a harness rather than moving the next assembly forward. Our WM-4137 wire harness tape wrapping machine supplies the wrapping rotation at the bench while the operator guides the cable bundle through the head.

The result still depends on how the harness is handled. Feed speed changes the spacing and overlap of the tape, and a loose branch may need different support from the main bundle. We test those transitions with your actual harness and tape, then show the start and finish as well as the wrapped middle section.

For repeat work, the touchscreen stores up to 100 parameter sets. Returning to a saved setting reduces data entry, while a sample check confirms that the current tape roll and bundle produce the coverage your assembly requires.

Send your bundle diameter, tape grade and width, required overlap, wrapped length and daily batch pattern. Include a representative branch or connector if it changes how the part is handled. We use the sample to demonstrate the working method and confirm the configuration for your job.
