Motorized Pull Test Stand, 400 mm Stroke, 500 N Column WM-832
The WM-832 is a single-column motorized test stand that pulls a crimped terminal at a set speed of 25–280 mm/min until it lets go, with a digital force gauge reading the peak. The standard column is 400 mm of stroke rated to 500 N, 980 mm tall and 40 kg; the same family is also built with 200 or 700 mm stroke and a 1,000 N gauge. Choose it when a bench box cannot give you the stroke for long tails or the repeatability of a powered pull.

Key features
- Powered column at a set speed — Manual / Auto, Up, Stop, Down and a speed knob on the base — so every pull is the same pull and the number is comparable across shifts
- Digital force gauge on the crosshead with Peak, Zero, Unit and Save; read in N, kgf or lbf and record the peak your customer asks for
- 400 mm of stroke handles long tails and pigtails that will not fit a bench box; 200 and 700 mm columns are available
- Upper and lower grips swap for wire, terminal and lug fixtures; 40 kg, 280 × 340 mm footprint
- Choose the pair you need — stroke and newtons — on the inquiry; the standard quote is 400 mm / 500 N
What it processes
- Repeat pull tests at a set speed on crimped terminals and lugs
- Incoming inspection when a handheld peak reading is not enough for the customer record
- Test benches that need more stroke than a compact bench tester offers
Suited for: a motorized pull at a set speed, 500 N / 400 mm unless you ask for another column. Not suited for: a bench gauge — WM-831 or WM-817. Kilonewton lugs — WM-811 or WM-830.
Tell us the terminal and wire you pull most, and the stroke and force you need; we confirm the grips and the column before quoting.

WM-832 — common questions
Which column am I buying?
Unless you say otherwise, the quote is the 400 mm / 500 N column shown in the photos (980 mm tall, 40 kg). The same family is built with 200 mm and 700 mm stroke and with a 1,000 N gauge. Write the stroke and the newtons you need on the inquiry.
How is this different from the WM-830 and the WM-811?
WM-830 is a twin-column frame in the 5–30 kN class. WM-811 goes to 10,000 N. This stand is the 500 / 1,000 N single column — a different fixture for a different terminal size.
Bench box instead of a column?
WM-831, 0–1,000 N motorized on the bench. Or the lever WM-817 at 500 N.
50 mm² battery lug?
500 N is not that job. Ask for the 1,000 N column, or for lugs in the kilonewton class go to the WM-811.
Is the panel in English?
Yes — the base panel reads MOTORIZED TEST STAND with Manual / Auto, Up, Stop, Down, and the force gauge is English. 220 V standard; tell us your supply and we set it before shipment.
