How is the WM-185 different from an automatic middle stripping machine?
It is a single-station bench of one job — it does not feed, measure or cut the wire. The operator loads a pre-cut piece and the press opens the window where the fixture locates it, which keeps the machine simple, compact and quick to changeover. If you need programmable multi-window stripping with cutting and end stripping in one automatic pass, that is the WM-174Z; for multi-core sheathed cable processed automatically end to end, the WM-1130HZ.
Can the window length or position be changed?
The standard die opens a 40–50 mm window, and custom dies are made to your requirement — tell us the window length, its position along the piece and the cable outer diameter, and the tooling is matched to it. Because the geometry sits in the die, switching products means swapping tooling rather than re-training operators.
