The WM-1236 is the keypad version of our 32 kg benchtop cut-and-strip machine, for 0.1–2.5 mm² hookup wire. It cuts from 1 to 9,999 mm, strips up to 35 mm at the head and 15 mm at the tail, opens up to 11 mid-wire windows and runs 3,000–8,000 pieces an hour on 100 mm wires, drawing 160 W on 220 or 110 V with no compressed air. Same housing as the WM-1235, narrower range, LCD keypad instead of a colour touchscreen.

• 0.1–2.5 mm² (AWG 13–27) is the everyday fine-hookup band — signal wire, appliance leads, panel jumpers — with a 160 W motor sized for it
• Head strip to 35 mm and up to 11 mid-wire windows in one recipe, so jumper chains come off ready to crimp
• LCD keypad with dedicated function keys; the same recipe logic as the touchscreen WM-1235 in a lower-cost controller
• 32 kg, 390 × 350 × 255 mm, no compressed air — sits beside the crimp press on any bench
• Suitable insulation includes PVC, Teflon, silicone and glass-fibre; on anything but ordinary PVC we run your wire first

What it processes

• Fine-to-medium hookup wire inside 0.1–2.5 mm² for electronics and appliance harnesses
• Short tails and mid-span windows on jumper and grounding wires
• A second bench cutter beside a larger programmable machine, for the short runs

Suited for: 0.1–2.5 mm² single-core hookup wire cut to length with head, tail and mid-wire stripping from a keypad controller. Not suited for: 4 mm² and above — WM-1235 (4.5 mm²) or WM-167 (10 mm²). Sheathed multi-core — WM-168HT. Scrap copper reclaim — a different class of machine altogether.

If the spool is not free-spinning, add a pay-off to the inquiry — the WM-9154 covers reels to 25 kg and stops the cut length walking as the spool empties.
