Automatic Multi-Core Sheathed Cable Cutting and Stripping Machine, Φ2–10 mm and 2–8 Cores WM-1223
The WM-1223 is a 53 kg benchtop machine that cuts round sheathed cable from Φ2 to Φ10 mm with 2 to 8 inner cores, then strips both layers at both ends in one cycle — outer jacket 0.01–200 mm at the head and 0.01–70 mm at the tail, every inner core 0.01–20 mm at either end. An 8-wheel crawler feeder pulls cable to any length from 0.01 mm to 999,999.99 mm, blade landing repeats within 0.01 mm on a silent hybrid stepping drive, and output runs roughly 600–1,000 pieces per hour. Up to 1,000 jobs store as programs 00–999 on the full-touch 7-inch colour screen.

Suited for: round sheathed cordage from Φ2 to Φ10 mm with 2–8 cores, on a bench — mains leads, appliance pigtails and multi-core signal cable that need the jacket and every core stripped in one automatic pass, with up to 20 mm of bare core at each end.
Not suited for: cable thicker than Φ10 mm, braided or foil-shielded constructions, jacket windows longer than 200 mm, or insulation windows part-way along the cable. How many cores and what cable diameter can it handle?
2 to 8 inner cores in round sheathed cable from 2 to 10 mm outer diameter. Core lay and sheath compound differ between cable makers, so send us 2–3 meters of your actual cable — we run it on this machine, adjust tooling if needed, and send you the trial-run video before you commit.
Does the machine keep parameters between jobs?
Yes. Programs 00–999 each hold a full recipe — cut length, jacket head and tail lengths, core head and tail lengths and feed pressure. The bidirectional screw pressure adjustment is set from the screen rather than by feel, so a recalled program reproduces the same grip on the sheath. Auxiliary functions cover automatic wire in/out, timed start and point-by-point adjustment.
What is the realistic output per shift?
Roughly 600–1,000 pieces per hour, depending on cut length and how much jacket and core has to come off each end. Short leads with modest strip lengths sit at the top of that band; long jacket windows near 200 mm sit at the bottom.
