Not suited for: cable thicker than Φ10 mm, braided or foil-shielded constructions, jacket windows longer than 200 mm, or insulation windows part-way along the cable. What does the WM-1223 do to each cable end?

In one cycle it cuts the cable to length, then strips two layers at both ends. The outer jacket comes off 0.01–200.00 mm at the head and 0.01–70.00 mm at the tail; each inner core is then stripped 0.01–20.00 mm at either end. Blade landing repeats within 0.01 mm on a silent hybrid stepping drive, so the copper strands stay untouched while the insulation opens cleanly.

How many cores and what cable diameter can it handle?

2 to 8 inner cores in round sheathed cable from 2 to 10 mm outer diameter. Core lay and sheath compound differ between cable makers, so send us 2–3 meters of your actual cable — we run it on this machine, adjust tooling if needed, and send you the trial-run video before you commit.

Does the machine keep parameters between jobs?

Yes. Programs 00–999 each hold a full recipe — cut length, jacket head and tail lengths, core head and tail lengths and feed pressure. The bidirectional screw pressure adjustment is set from the screen rather than by feel, so a recalled program reproduces the same grip on the sheath. Auxiliary functions cover automatic wire in/out, timed start and point-by-point adjustment.

What is the realistic output per shift?

Roughly 600–1,000 pieces per hour, depending on cut length and how much jacket and core has to come off each end. Short leads with modest strip lengths sit at the top of that band; long jacket windows near 200 mm sit at the bottom.
