Semi-Automatic Wire Rubber Seal Insertion Machine for Large Seals up to 13 × 14 mm WM-3231
The WM-3231 fits waterproof rubber seals onto wire ends and does nothing else. What sets it apart from a small-seal station is capacity: it takes seals up to 13 × 14 mm outer diameter by length — the largest seal envelope on this site — and runs at 60 cycles per minute. The whole machine weighs about 36 kg and occupies 200 × 600 × 630 mm, so it sits on a bench next to the crimping presses you already own. Seals are fed and oriented by a rotating perforated drum; the operator only presents the wire.

Suited for: mechanising the seal step on its own, for large single-wire rubber seals up to 13 × 14 mm, in a shop that already crimps. At about 36 kg and 200 × 600 × 630 mm it is a bench machine, and it needs 0.5–0.6 MPa of shop air.
If your seals are smaller and you need published bore, wire-diameter and accuracy figures to qualify the machine, the WM-3221 semi-automatic wire seal insertion machine is the better-documented choice at that end — seals up to 9 × 10 mm with a 0.6–3.0 mm bore, wire of 1–3.5 mm outer diameter, ±0.3 mm insertion accuracy, 50 insertions per minute.
Not suited for: anything past the seal itself. It does not strip, and it does not crimp.

WM-3231 — common questions
How large a rubber seal will the WM-3231 take?
Up to 13 × 14 mm, outer diameter by length. That is the headline reason to pick this machine over a small-seal station — most bench seal inserters top out around 9 or 10 mm outer diameter. Feeding is what decides yes or no for any particular seal shape, so send us a bag of your seals with matching wire and we will run them and film the result before you order.
Does it crimp terminals as well?
No. It fits the waterproof seal and stops there; the lead then goes to your existing crimping press. That is the whole point of the machine — if you already own crimpers and applicators you only pay for the missing station. If you want the seal fitted and the terminal crimped in one cycle, that is a different machine and we have listed the options below.
What wire sizes does it handle?
The manufacturer's data sheet specifies the seal envelope but publishes no wire diameter range, no seal bore range and no insertion accuracy figure — so we are not going to invent one. In practice the wire has to pass through your seal's bore, which is the real limit. Send us the wire specification and the seal drawing with your inquiry and we will confirm in writing whether this machine covers it before you commit.
Does it need compressed air?
Yes — 0.5 to 0.6 MPa of clean dry shop air. The machine carries its own filter-regulator with a pressure gauge on the front, which you can see in the photographs. The drive motor itself is only 24 V DC, 50 W, on a 220 V, 50 Hz supply.
What does the "adjustment amount 10 mm" figure mean?
It is the 10 mm adjustment range on the machine, set with the graduated dial on the front block visible in the front-view photograph. The data sheet gives the range but not a stated repeatability figure, so if seal position tolerance is critical to your part we will measure it on your own samples during the sample test and send you the measured results rather than a number off a brochure.
How many can one operator actually run per shift?
The machine cycle is 60 per minute. Real output depends on how fast the operator presents and removes the wire, so treat 60/min as the ceiling of the machine and not a shift figure. Tell us your batch size and lead length and we will give you an honest estimate instead of multiplying 60 by 480.
