How is the WM-4816B different from the WM-4816?
Published specifications are the same nine-line sheet (Φ1–8 mm, 3,000–4,500 rpm servo / 600 rpm stepper, 3,000–5,000 pcs/day at 3 m, English touch screen). Does the WM-4816B wind finished cable into coils for packing?
No — same as the WM-4816. This is a forming machine that changes the cable into a spiral product. Measured shipping coils belong on the WM-4810 coiling machine with meter counter or the WM-4813 meter counting coil winding and tying machine.
Does the machine heat-set the spiral?
The published specification covers the winding machine only — no oven or heat-setting chamber is listed. Whether your jacket needs a heat-set stage after winding depends on the compound; tell us the material and we confirm the full process on the quote before you order.
What spiral diameter and pitch can it produce?
Inner diameter follows the mandrel fitted; pitch follows turn count against loaded length. Mandrel range and maximum cord length are confirmed on the quote. Send target inner diameter, pitch, free length and 3–5 m of cable for a sample video.
