The WM-4822B is an alternate build of the Φ10 mm figure-8 wind-and-tie station: same published envelope as the WM-4822 — pre-cut cable up to Φ10 mm, winding distance 110–300 mm, single twist tie under 48 mm, 1,000 W double-servo drive, 0.4–0.55 MPa air and 1,170 × 772 × 1,485 mm footprint — built as a separate unit and quoted separately from the WM-4822.

What it processes

• AC power cords and USB data cables bundled after cut-strip-crimp or plug moulding
• Pre-cut cable, flexible cord and soft tube up to Φ10 mm outside diameter
• Short figure-8 coils where a single twist tie at the waist holds the bundle for carton packing

Suited for: pre-cut cable ≤Φ10 mm wound into a figure-8 of 110–300 mm and closed with one twist tie — the same job as the WM-4822, in an alternate build. Not suited for: cable still on the reel — that belongs on the WM-4808. Round coils with two ties go to the WM-4800 or the cut-integrated WM-4825. Lighter cord up to Φ6.2 mm with twist-tie wire — not paper band — belongs on the WM-4815 figure-8 winding and binding machine.

The letter B marks an alternate build, not a firmware option. The specification matches the WM-4822 line for line; the enclosure finish and gripper geometry differ, and each build is quoted on its own. Tell us which page you are looking at.
