The WM-4825 measures cable off the supply, cuts it to 3–30 m, winds a round coil and applies two ties in one cycle. USB and DC cable or 8–10 mm tube under 50 mm OD runs through the feed path into a coil with 70–180 mm winding distance on wire (140–220 mm on tube), head length 40–130 mm and tail length above 40 mm, at up to 700 pieces per hour on a 1,550 × 870 × 1,600 mm floor cell fed from 0.4–0.6 MPa shop air.

Suited for: USB and DC cable or 8–10 mm tube under 50 mm OD that must be measured off the supply, cut to 3–30 m, wound into a round coil and secured with two ties — head length 40–130 mm, tail length above 40 mm. Not suited for: figure-8 coil geometry rather than a round coil — compare the WM-4808 cutting, figure-8 coiling and tying machine (OD 3–12 mm, 3–10 m, listed 10–50 mm end strip to be confirmed in a sample trial). Nor for pieces already cut that should become a round coil with two ties but no measure-and-cut step — that is the WM-4800 double-tie coiling machine (≤Ø10 mm wire or tube, up to 1,200 pcs/h). Cut-to-length coils that also need end stripping before coiling belong on the WM-4826 cutting, stripping, round coiling and double-tie machine.

The round coil with two ties is what separates this cell from a figure-8 packer. Cable comes off the drum, the feed path sets length between 3 and 30 m, the cut separates the piece, the turntable builds a round bundle and the tying stations close it at two points — so packing does not start with a loose length and a separate tying bench. The published 700 pcs/h ceiling is a planning reference; the sample video is what goes in your capacity plan.
