Automatic Wire Cutting, Stripping, Round Coiling and Double-Tie Machine WM-4826
The WM-4826 feeds reel cable through a 70 kg prefeeder, strips both ends, cuts, winds a round coil and applies two ties. The specified coil inner diameter is 120–160 mm. Cable diameter, finished coil envelope and machine footprint are confirmed on the quote. The specification lists a theoretical yield below 600 pcs/h and a separate 20 s/piece reference for 2.5 mm² 3C cable at 8 m. Servo and stepper motors drive the process, with 210–240 V, 5 A and 0.4–0.55 MPa air.

Key features
- Cutting, both-end stripping, round coiling and double tying are integrated in one sequence. We verify your required strip lengths against the listed 370 mm stripping figure during the sample trial.
- The specified prefeeder capacity is 70 kg; we match the reel and feeding setup to your cable.
- Coil inner diameter is specified as 120–160 mm; we confirm the completed coil envelope and tie position against your packing drawing.
- Servo and stepper main motor with winding turns and speed set on screen rather than at mechanical stops
- Encapsulated iron-core or coreless tie wire — send your tie sample during the trial so feed length and wrap are confirmed on your coil
- Free sample test — send reel cable plus strip drawings and target coil size; we run the full cycle and send the video before you order
What it processes
- Power and appliance cords cut from reel stock, both ends stripped, coiled round and double-tied
- Cable kits where round double-tie packing replaces figure-8 single-tie bundles
- Lines that outgrew figure-8 packing but still need integrated cut and strip before coiling
- Jobs requiring a 120–160 mm coil bore, with actual cable diameter and completed coil dimensions confirmed by sample
Suited for: reel-fed wire and cable requiring cutting, both-end stripping, round coiling and two ties. The specified prefeeder capacity is 70 kg and coil inner diameter is 120–160 mm. Cable diameter, completed coil envelope, stripping configuration and machine footprint are confirmed on the quote and checked during the sample trial.
Not suited for: figure-8 single-tie packing — see the WM-4808 cutting, figure-8 coiling and tying machine. For cutting and round coiling with two ties without an integrated stripping step, see the WM-4825 cutting, round coiling and double-tie machine. For pre-cut pieces that only require coiling and tying, see the WM-4800 double-tie coiling machine.
The specification lists a 370 mm both-end stripping figure. We confirm what this means for the required length at each end on your cable drawing and sample. The 20 s/piece reference for 2.5 mm² 3C cable at 8 m and the theoretical yield below 600 pcs/h are separate conditions; use the measured complete cycle for production planning.
Send reel cable, both end-strip drawings, target coil bore and tie material. We run the full cycle on this machine and send the video with strip quality, coil dimensions and measured cycle time before you order.

WM-4826 — common questions
How is the WM-4826 different from the WM-4808?
The WM-4808 forms a figure-8 coil with one tie and lists 10–50 mm end stripping, cable OD 3–12 mm, lengths 3–10 m and up to 300 pcs/h based on 3 m cable. The WM-4826 forms a round coil with two ties, has a listed 370 mm stripping figure, a 120–160 mm coil inner diameter and theoretical yield below 600 pcs/h. We confirm strip length, cable fit and output on your samples before selecting a configuration.
How is this different from the WM-4825?
Stripping. The WM-4825 cuts 3–30 m, winds round and ties twice with no published strip step, on USB/DC cable or tube under 50 mm OD at up to 700 pcs/h. The WM-4826 adds both-end stripping at the published 370 mm length before the round double-tie cycle. If strip is not required, the WM-4825 is the simpler match.
Which cable diameters can I process?
Cable diameter and construction are confirmed on the quote after reviewing your reel cable and samples. Send the outer diameter, conductor count, jacket material and required strip lengths so we can check feeding, stripping, coiling and tying together.
What footprint and completed coil size should I plan for?
Machine dimensions and the finished coil envelope are confirmed on the quote. The listed coil inner diameter is 120–160 mm; send your target coil size and packing drawing so we can confirm clearances and tie placement before you arrange freight or lay out the line.
What does 370 mm stripping length at both ends mean for my cable?
The specification lists 370 mm for both-end stripping. Send a drawing that states the required length at each end, insulation layers and acceptance criteria; we verify the achievable strip profile and conductor condition during your sample trial before confirming the configuration.
Is under 600 pieces per hour guaranteed?
No. Below 600 pcs/h is the listed theoretical yield, and 20 s/piece is a separate reference for 2.5 mm² 3C cable at 8 m. These figures describe different conditions. We time the complete cycle with your actual cable, strip lengths, coil dimensions and tie material.
