How is splice quality controlled from weld to weld?
Each wire combination gets its own stored recipe — weld time, amplitude and pressure — and the screen shows the actual frequency and power of every weld as it happens. Access control keeps parameter edits with the engineer while operators run production, and the piece counter tracks output per job.
What utilities and space does it need?
A 220 V, 50/60 Hz outlet and clean compressed air — the head is rated to a 7 bar / 10 bar maximum. The welding head itself weighs 15 kg at 463 × 135 × 167 mm and comes mounted on its workstation with the generator on the lower shelf, so installation is air in, plug in and weld.
What can it not weld?
It joins copper wire to copper wire in splice form. Welding wire ends onto terminals or lugs, joining plastic housings and soldering USB-type connectors each run on dedicated machines among our wire soldering and welding machines.
