What splice sizes does it weld?

Any combination of stripped copper conductors totaling up to 50 mm² in one node — several branch wires gathered into a single weld count by their summed cross-section. That reach covers most battery, grounding and power-distribution joints in EV and energy-storage work.

How do operators run it day to day?

Load the recipe for the splice type, gather the stripped wires into the weld zone, and press the pedal — the pneumatic head closes at the set pressure and the screen logs frequency and power for that weld. Access levels separate everyday running from engineering parameter changes.

Does it weld wire onto terminals or plastic parts?

No — it is a wire-to-wire splicer. Terminal welding and plastic-housing joints each have dedicated machines among our wire soldering and welding machines, and soldered connector work lives there too.
