Ultrasonic Copper and Aluminum Tube Cut-and-Seal Machine, Ø2–12 mm WM-724
The WM-724 cuts and seals copper or aluminum tube in one ultrasonic stroke — no flame, no solder, no pinch-off tool. A 4,000 W, 20 kHz generator drives a 12.5 kg welding head that closes on tube of Ø2–12 mm with 0.4–1 mm wall and leaves a hermetic cold weld across the cut, at 40–60 pieces a minute on 0.45–0.6 MPa shop air. Used where refrigerant, heat-pipe and process tubing must be sealed clean and pressure-tight.

WM-724 — common questions
Is this a soldering machine?
No. The soldering iron station is the WM-722; the pulse hot-bar for FFC / FPC is the WM-721. This head welds metal ultrasonically — no solder, no heat source.
Will it flatten or crack my tube?
The head is set for Ø2–12 mm and 0.4–1 mm wall, and the weld closes the tube by design. Alloy and temper matter, so send 5–10 pieces of your actual tube and we seal them on video before you order.
110 V?
220 V / 50 Hz standard; 110 V shops run it through an external transformer, which we supply and set before shipment. Tell us your supply on the inquiry.
Is the screen in English?
The face plate is English and the menu is switchable between Chinese, English and Russian. Export units ship set to English with an English manual.
What wears, and how long does the horn last?
The horn and anvil are the wear parts, and the controller carries a tooling-life reminder. Every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from; expected cycles depend on your alloy and we quote them after the sample run rather than guess.
