Already printing labels? Automate the application step
If your labels are prepared before they reach the wiring bench, the next job is putting each one in the right place on the cable. Our WM-9337 feeds labels from a roll and applies them around the wire. The operator still loads and removes the cable; the application cycle handles the wrapping step.

Test the adhesive stock, liner and cable together
Bring the complete label roll to the trial, not only a drawing of the printed face. We need the label dimensions, gap, liner, winding direction and roll size, together with the cable jacket and the required position. For clear labels, we check the sensing arrangement with your actual stock before confirming the configuration.
Agree what you will inspect: label position, skew, overlap, adhesion after handling and printed-code readability where relevant. We run your samples and send the trial video before the order. Does this machine print labels as well as apply them?
This configuration applies prepared labels from a roll. If each cable needs printing at the same station, our WM-9328 desktop printing and wrapping machine or WM-9321 floor-standing printing and wrapping machine provides a different workflow. Send your print-data requirements with the inquiry.
Can it apply transparent labels?
Send a roll of the actual clear-label stock, including its liner. We confirm the sensing arrangement and demonstrate reliable label detection and wrapping with that stock before the order. Label transparency alone does not establish that a roll will run correctly.
What cable and label sizes should we plan around?
Cable diameter is 3–12 mm. Standard labels are 10–100 mm long and 5–40 mm wide, with a 200 mm positioning ruler and a listed 76 mm roll inner diameter. Send the label layout, winding direction and roll dimensions; roll fit is confirmed on the quote. Label length outside the standard range requires customization.
How should we use the 1,000–1,500 pcs/h rating?
