Dual-Column Tensile Testing Machine for Terminal Pull-Off and Material Testing to 5 kN WM-812
The WM-812 is a dual-column, floor-standing tensile tester rated 500 kg (5,000 N) — the force class used for terminal pull-off tests on wire harnesses and for tension, compression, flexure, shear and peel tests on materials. A class-0.5 load cell holds force indication within ±0.5% at 1/100,000 resolution, and the AC-servo drive sweeps 0.05 to 500 mm/min steplessly across an 800 mm stroke and 400 mm test width. Results plot as force-elongation curves in the PC software, with automatic strength and elongation calculations to GB, JIS, ASTM and DIN methods.

What force range does the WM-812 cover?
The standard build is 500 kg (5,000 N) with a class-0.5 high-precision sensor, and several sensors can be installed side by side and selected per test, so one frame covers small terminal pull-offs and larger material specimens. Test width is 400 mm and stroke 800 mm, both customizable at order time.
Does it come with the software and computer?
Yes — the measurement system runs on PC software with live force-elongation plotting and report printing, and the machine also has its own English-language touchscreen controller for direct jog, test and zero operations. The PC can be supplied with the machine or you can use your own.
What is it not suitable for?
Anything beyond 5,000 N of test force — thick battery-cable lugs and structural samples need a higher-capacity frame, which we can quote separately.
