Two-Layer Wire Stripping and Twisting Machine with Middle Stripping WM-190N
The WM-190N cuts wire to length, strips the outer jacket and the core insulation in separate programmed layers, and twists the bared strands — one machine from coil to prepared wire, with twisted ends used only where the terminal specification permits. It handles two cores of 0.3 to 2.0 mm² each, strips the jacket up to 250 mm on side A and 70 mm on side B, and uses a stepper drive with a listed stripping accuracy of 0.01 mm, with finished-strip tolerance confirmed on your sample. Middle stripping sections are customizable, output runs 500 to 1,500 pieces per hour, and the whole machine is a 43 kg benchtop unit.

What does two-layer stripping mean in practice?
The machine makes separate programmed cuts for the outer jacket and the core insulation — up to 250 mm of jacket removed on side A while the core is bared only its last 30 mm. A single-layer stripper would need a second pass or a second machine to produce the same wire end.
How consistent is the twist on fine 0.3 mm² cores?
Strip depth affects twist quality on fine wire. Cutting too deep can break strands, while insufficient depth can leave insulation in the twist. The specification lists 0.01 mm stripping accuracy with a silent hybrid stepper drive. We confirm the required finished-strip tolerance and conductor condition on your actual wire before ordering; this figure must not be reinterpreted as a guaranteed adjustment resolution.
