Long-Lead Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine for AWG 10–28 up to 99,999 mm WM-191

CE Certified HS Code 8463.90 AWG 10–28

The WM-191 cuts and strips discrete wire from AWG 10 down to AWG 28 at any programmed length from 42 mm to 99,999 mm — the long-lead territory where hand measuring turns slow and inconsistent. An overhead guide arm steadies the wire path and a full-length collection tray keeps multi-meter leads straight instead of tangling on the floor. Stripping lengths run from 3 to 100 mm, and the machine accepts USB, AC, RGB, 1394, DC and PVC constructions on a 1.0 kW drive fed by AC 220/380 V.

Key features

  • One program covers everything from short jumpers to leads just under 100 meters — no re-fixturing between short and long batches
  • Overhead guide arm plus a full-length collection tray keep long finished leads straight, untangled and off the floor
  • 3 – 100 mm stripping window covers tinning, splice and terminal preparations at both scales
  • Accepts USB, AC, RGB, 1394, DC and PVC constructions, so one machine serves mixed consumer-electronics and appliance orders

What it processes

  • Appliance power leads and extension cords cut to multi-meter lengths with stripped ends
  • Consumer electronics wire — USB, RGB and DC constructions batched to exact length
  • Panel and machine shops replacing tape-measure-and-knife prep for long hookup runs

Suited for: long discrete leads — AWG 10–28 hookup, USB, RGB, DC and PVC wire cut anywhere from 42 mm to 99,999 mm with clean 3–100 mm strips at the ends. Not suited for: cable thicker than AWG 10 (about 5 mm²) — for that, pick the WM-171 large cable cutting and stripping machine with coiler, which runs 10–70 mm² cable and coils the long output for you; nor for jacketed multi-core cable needing jacket and core strips in one pass — the WM-168HT multi-core sheathed cable cutting and stripping machine covers Φ3–10 mm cable with 2–8 cores.

Borderline sizes and unusual insulations can be settled before you order: send 2–3 meters of your actual wire and we run it on this machine on video, so you see the cut length hold and the strip quality on your own material.

WM-191 — common questions

What is the longest lead the WM-191 can produce?

Any programmed length from 42 mm up to 99,999 mm — just short of 100 meters — with stripping from 3 to 100 mm. The overhead guide arm and long tray exist precisely so multi-meter leads come off straight rather than knotted.

Which wire sizes and constructions does it accept?

Conductors from AWG 10 down to AWG 28 in common single-wire constructions — USB, AC, RGB, 1394, DC and PVC insulated types. For unusual insulations, we verify against your sample first.

What can it not do?

It strips one insulation layer on discrete wire — it does not slit jackets on multi-core sheathed cable, and it stops at AWG 10 on the thick end. Jacketed cable and heavier cross-sections belong with other machines in our wire cutting and stripping range.
