How does double-wire mode work and what does it cover?
Two wires feed in parallel through the straightener rollers and the 4-wheel drive, and both are cut and stripped in the same stroke. Each wire can be 0.1–2.5 mm² in double mode, and running a single wire raises the range to 4.5 mm² with insulation up to Φ6 mm. Rated speed is 4,000–10,000 pieces per hour.
What is middle stripping used for?
The blades open windows in the insulation along the wire — up to 11 sections in one pass — without cutting the conductor. That prepares daisy-chain jumpers, looped grounds and solder-through points, while the same program strips up to 50 mm at the head and 30 mm at the tail.
