The WM-563 turns rolls of woven or elastic tape into finished sewn loops in one cycle — it centers the tape automatically, winds it to length, sews the overlap and hot-cuts it free with fused edges designed to reduce fraying on suitable thermoplastic materials. It handles tape from 1 to 95 mm wide, lengths from 1 to 99,999 mm, and produces 20 pieces per minute at 200 mm, programmed on a 7-inch touchscreen with PLC control. Thread-break and material-shortage alarms stop the machine instead of sewing scrap. It draws 2.6 kW at 220 V with 0.5–0.6 MPa air.

Will the cut edges of the tape fray after cutting?
The hot blade can fuse compatible thermoplastic fibers as the tape separates, reducing fraying. The result depends on the fiber blend and tape construction; we confirm the edge condition in a trial with your actual material.
What loop sizes and output can I plan for?
Tape width runs from 1 to 95 mm and programmed length from 1 to 99,999 mm, set on the 7-inch touchscreen. At a 200 mm piece length it produces about 20 pieces per minute; longer loops take proportionally longer per piece.
Can it cut heat-shrink tube, corrugated tube or braided sleeve?
No — it is built for flat woven and elastic tape that gets sewn, not for tubing. Round and tubular materials belong to the hot-knife and corrugated-tube models in the tube and pipe cutting machines category.
